Q: How does your company do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Our QC team will do strict quality control inspection before shipment to assure the quality.

Q: Can I get samples?

A: Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sampls charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

Q: What is your payment term?

Q: Can I customized my own Brand

A: Yes we can do however you need to reach certain quantity for each item.

Q: How will you deliver the goods?

A: For some orders with small quanity we can deliver by air or express And for bulk and big quantity we will deliver to any one China adress you want.

A: For the existing samples, it take 1-2days.If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, which depends on your designs such as your own logo printing etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
